Programs list is overlapping the video on selecting back button while playing the video

[Vizio,Toshiba]YuppTV:Programs list is overlapping the video on selecting back button while playing the video

happening on Vizio TV and Toshiba also

Samsung working fine.

Engine: 5.5.3
FW: 1.3.12.C

Widget version: 1.0.2
Reproducibility: 100%

1.Start TV
2.Launch YuppTV side bar
3.Select TELUGU PACK from home page
4.It takes to full screen with channels list
5.Select any Channel (Maa )
6.Select any Date from dates list (1/26/2011)
7.Select any program from the list
8.It starts video
9.Press back button from remote

Observe programs list is overlapping the video.

Expected: it should either overlay sidebar and show list in sidebar, or should stop video and show list in fullscreen

    This is not correct. This varies by TV manufacturer. Plan accordingly.

    While playing the video clicking return on remote control is stopping the video and also going to previous view, and stopped video is overlapping with the previous view,and the content of the previous view is not visible properly.
