Back button taking more than one level back on selecting return while playing video

Tested on Samsung 2010 TV

1.Start TV
2.Launch YuppTV side bar
3.Select TELUGU PACK from home page
4.it takes to full screen
5.Select any channel from list
6.Select any day from the dates screen
7.Select any program from the programs list to start video
(Channel -> Dates Screen -> Programs list)
8.Press return button from remote while playing the video

Observe it's taking to channels list screen instead of taking to Programs list

expected:It should takes to Programs list screen
Actual: It's taking to Channels list (more than 1 level back)
