I'm trying to find the Borough of Halton in England via the API. LocalAdmin "Halton Borough" has ID 12696171 and the alias "Halton" in GeoPlanet 7.4.0. But if I search for "Halton, GBR" or "Halton, England" I only get towns named "Halton". Searching for "Halton Borough" does get me place 12696171. Searching for "Halton" with types restricted to "8,9,10" doesn't help.
