City border polyline data

I had heard a couple places, one here - http://scraplab.net/wp-content/cache/super...-ruby-on-rails/ , that GeoPlanet has polyline information. I'm specifically looking for the collection of lat/longs that form the border geometry of a city. Geoapi has it, but I don't trust it will be around for too much longer. I was under the impression that they were pulling this from GeoPlanet. In any case, does GeoPlanet have this? I can't find anything in the docs.

GeoPlanet Web Service currently provides only centroid and bounding box information. For shape (polyline) information, you can use Flickr's flickr.places.getInfo API (see http://www.flickr.com/services/api/flickr....s.getInfo.html). This API requires a Flickr application key (see http://www.flickr.com/services/api/misc.api_keys.html), and returns a shape for the requested WOEID if it exists. The shape is generated from the collection of photos that have been tagged with the WOEID and will only approximate the boundary.
