basic postcode cleanup for India

I found two cases in India where postcodes contain non-numeric characters.

75207S - http://woe.spum.org/id/55940762
53323O - http://woe.spum.org/id/55936070

Can you add a basic check or rule on your end for India and possibly other countries? In India postcodes are 6 digits and cannot start with 0. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postal_Index_Number

Thank you for bringing these problems to our attention. Because of the various formats for postal codes around the world, we haven't had specific checks for each country. We will correct the problems you reported and improve our checks in the near future.
