I'm having a problem with the Netflix App on a Vizio Smart TV and haven't been able to get a good answer from either Vizio or Netflix so I'll try here. The TV is a M321i-A2 and the problem I'm having is that the Netflix app is not using subtitle appearance settings that I configure through Netflix for my account. (The appearance changes on other netflix devices but not this TV when using the built-in app.) I've tried deactivating/reactivating the netflix account on the TV. What's not clear to me is whether this is something I can correct with an internal TV setting or firmware/app upgrade, or is the netflix app on this TV not able to pick up subtitle settings from Netflix when showing streaming content?
