v1.3 framework released to 2009 US Samsung TVs

Yesterday (Jan. 31, 2011) we released the v1.3 framework to 2009 North America region Samsung TVs. This enables the KontxMediaPlayer API on those TVs. Developers can now test KontxMediaPlayer based widgets on these TVs, and over the coming weeks we will be releasing widgets to this platform that previously could not be due to this dependency.

  • The update to the Player is nice. But there are no methods for poking at the buffer size. The OEMs document and support such methods natively. Any plan by Yahoo! to expose such APIs in Konfabulator?

    What about 2009 LG HDTVs (42LH50)???? Framework is 1.2.7.F
