Commercial support for Yahoo! Connected TV platform?

Hi,

It seems that the Yahoo! Connected TV forums are a little "quiet" recently. I know this is a free support forum for connected TV platform, all you guys out there have jobs to do. I just wonder if there is any commercial support from Yahoo to help developers developing on their TV platform? Something like consulting application architecture, answer tough questions may emerge during the development time from developers?

Many thanks in advance!
Tinh

Hi Tinh,

As you know the Yahoo! Connected TV platform is open to developers via the Widget Developer Kit (WDK) available on our website at: http://connectedtv.yahoo.com/developer/ A few of us on the Y! CTV team check these forums when we can. If you run into a tough question you may contact our support email at: tvwidgets (at) yahoo-inc dot com.

Anything in particular you are thinking of building?

Thanks!
-Austin
Yahoo! Hi Austin,

We are nearly finish our widget :). But there are some corner cases that we are not quite understand the framework completely and we've got stuck sometimes. I've got most of my support from this forum, but we also need quicker supports, that's the reason why I asked for commercial support. I know all Y! CTV engineers out there have your own jobs to do, it's not that reasonable to push you :).
Anyway, thanks for your prompt reply! I know you guys are still around :).
Keep up the good work!

Tinh

QUOTE(Austin Teames @ 17 Oct 2011 10:18 AM)
Hi Tinh,

As you know the Yahoo!
