Many of you have been sending in various bug reports and we immensely appreciate it. As a more formal process, if you want to report what you think is a bug, please do so by sending an email to:

tvwidgets (a) yahoo (dash) inc (dot) com

Please use the following subject style so we can quickly categorize the type of email you are sending into the proper pool:

[Bug]: Short summary of bug

And in the body of the email provide as much of the following information as possible:

1.) Framework / WDK versions used
2.) More detailed description of the bug including what you observe and what you expect the result to be
3.) Reproduction steps / code sample if applicable

Based off this email, email will create a bugzilla ticket and investigate the issue. We will then do our best to reply back with a fix and/or an estimated completion time of when it will be resolved as quickly as feasible.
