I can't seem to find any license documentation for the use of the http://ichart.finance.yahoo.com for a commercial website that is just wanting to display the last years worth of the DJI closing numbers.

The url I would be using is...
http://ichart.finance.yahoo.com/table.csv?...amp;ignore=.csv

Basically, is this ok for commercial use for the Flash application to pull in when the page loads, or can we just use this data in manual updates to the Flash app? I haven't seen anything saying it can't be used for a commercial app, so I am assuming it is ok to do so. But, just wanted someone from Yahoo to verify.

We don't allow the data to be redistributed. The only way we allow you to put quotes on your site is if you use our Finance badges: http://finance.yahoo.com/badges/

I want to develop an Windows Forms based application that uses Yahoo Finance charts.
I want to know what do I need to do to get Yahoo's legal approval.
I plan to sell the application as a shareware.

I have already sent an email to Finance support but got no reply.
