automating inlink retrieval process

I have been checking the inlinks for a number of websites using the following process:

I go to yahoo.com and enter "site:cnn.com" in the search box. I then
click on "inlinks" and then choose "except from this domain" in the show inlinks box and then choose to "entire site".


I have a weekly list of 25-30 sites that I need to check the inlinks for using the process I described. This process has become very time consuming. Is there anyway I could automate this process and save both the number of inlinks and the actual list for each site in my list?
