Yahoo YQL "select * from social.contacts ..." does not return recently created contacts?

I have 54 contacts in my address book, but when I request "SELECT * FROM social.contacts(0,100) WHERE guid=.... " from my PHP code, Yahoo returns 4 contacts only. It's interesting that Yahoo YQL test console returns all 54 contacts, as it should be.

Those 4 contacts were created long ago (in the beginning of 2011).
Other 50 contacts were created in August 2011.

I found another topic on this forum, where this is written:
"Currently there is a delay of 14 days before you can retrieve contacts for new accounts."

But since August 2011 we have more than 14 days passed.
Why doesn't it return all contacts? Only 4 of 54
