Yahoo Local Search on iPhone app - permitted use

Hi all.

I'm considering using Yahoo Local Search to power an iPhone app I'm putting together. It automatically gives up the closest 20 business locations of a particular kind, based on your GPS location.

My questions are:

- If I use Yahoo Local Search, is it OK to sell my app?
- How many queries can be placed against my API key per day?
