Yahoo! Finance acceptable use

I understand it is acceptable use to use Yahoo! Finance data (in this case, current and historical quotes) for personal use. Are there any restrictions on offering a shareware/commercial tool i.e. Excel add-in, that pulls the Yahoo! Finance data for individuals to use in personal Excel documents?
