Weather API - Commercial Use Clarification

Hi,

I want to use some data from the Yahoo Weather API on a website.

It is a website for a national sport governing body, partially supported by adverts.
There isn't going to be any charge for the weather data. It's purely going to be giving a weather forecast for specific upcoming sporting events.

Does this fall under "non-commercial use"?
If not, is it possible to request an exception? Who would this come from?
