I cannot get my app verified, although I did put text into the file. This file can be accessed from a browser just fine, but the verification fails repeatedly. I pasted the URL from the verification dialog box into my browser to make sure.
The url uses SSL (https). I've tried this twice already, creating a 2nd app to try to get this working. We'd really like to support importing our users' Yahoo contacts, however this experience is discouraging. We've gotten both Google GMail and Microsoft Live access working using similar verification methods.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Please let me know if you need other account/API/app information or urls.
