My weather location comes up as if I live in Houston.  I have reset it numerous times and even rebooted it.  How can I make it default to my location and not change back to Houston.  As stated, I have made it my default many times.

I'm in Barraba NSW Australia and it has no weather content, my closest major city is Tamworth NSW weather but I also get the Unknown error. My iPhone 4S iOS 6.1.2 has yahoo weather built in but is useless if it won't function properly! Please help!
