Is LocalSearchService still operational - if so, what's wrong with this search?

This is a search directly from the options in the 

page, at http://developer.yahoo.com/search/local/V3/localSearch.html

Of course I have edited out my appid.
However - this search does not return a listing of pizza shops within the London area. nor anywhere else for that matter.

Does anyone have any updated news on this service please?
