Integrating yahoo login with my website

I have a website and want the authentication of the users to be handled by yahoo .
I want my users to login to my site using yahoo ID.
How do i integrate yahoo login form in my site / Give a link to yahoo login page. On Clicking login by the user, the page has to be redirected back to my homepage (not even 1 extra page to be displayed).

Can i do this? Are there any APIs to do the above said??

  • What you can use for this is OpenID (http://developer.yahoo.com/openid) which will allow you to integrate a Yahoo! login from your site. I have some sample code that displays how to do integrate this into your site (via PHP) at http://github.com/jcleblanc/openid if you want to use that.
