Image compression

I'm developing an app with graphical buttons and I'm noticing that there's a large amount of compression applied to the images (lots of artifacts on JPGs and dithering on GIFs). Besides using text-based buttons, is there a way around this?

  • Hey callmemikesolomon,

I'm glad that you have a workaround for this, but just to let you know - the extreme image compression is a known issue that is being looked into and adjusted. This should solve the compression issue that you are seeing.
