I am from Rangpur city (Bangladesh, http://www.flickr.com/places/info/1915214). You can find the place as: http://www.flickr.com/places/Bangladesh/Rajshahi/Rangpur
Here, region = Rajshahi but from January 25, 2010 it is no longer true because Rangpur itself is a region (reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rangpur_Division)
Since, yahoo! did not update Geo data for 3 years in my region so I was wondering if there is any way to ask anyone to update this. I donot trust automatic update because that automatic thing did not update this in 3 year so there is no reason that it will update in near future.
