Formatting YUI Chart Axis Labels

I'm trying to format my chart's series label on an axis so that it holds more than one field (e.g., if two fields were "name" and "age," I would want the axis to be the formatted string "[name] is [age] years old), but I'm not really sure how to do that. Any ideas?
