Finance "API" acceptable use

Hi,

I would like to ask a question about the undocumented Finance Stock Quotes API (the one that returns a CSV file containing current stock quotes).
I am writing a simple stock trading simulation game and it would be awesome if I could use the data to provide real world quotes in the game. The game is by no means a commercial endeavor and the usage would not be excessive as I thought about refreshing the quotes every 15 or 30 minutes and caching them in between.

Is it possible to use the API in the described way?

  • I'm sorry, that API does not permit redistribution.

    Hi Robyn,

    This means that I can´t use
    http://finance.yahoo.com/d/quotes.csv?s=EURUSD=X&f=l1
    I need customize this to get the exchange values.
