Can Yahoo Weather API show by other languages?

I try the Yahoo weather API, it is so good, but only can show the result in English?
<language>en-us</language>

It looks like have two params, there is no way to shown by other language?

    There aren't plans, at this moment, to provide the feeds in languages other than English. Sorry,

    if that is the case, can I get all the possible weather conditions? I will use those conditions to translate into chinese.
