Blocked by BOSS?

Is it possible that Yahoo BOSS has blocked a particular IP?

When I try accessing the API from my browser the results load fine, however a request on the server returns "500 - Server closed connection without sending anything" or something to that effect.

There was a bug in one of our scripts that must have led to Yahoo BOSS being hit quite rapidly which is why I ask this - also if an IP has been blocked is there a way to request that it be removed from the black list?
