Black letters

Text on Yahoo! pages, at least on my screen, is light-grey in color, even lighter than this one. Is there a way to make it black, like it looks in standard books?

The text colour varies on Yahoo! page by property. You could check your settings. This isn't really the right forum for this kind of suggestion.
