BOSS V2 consumer_key_rejected

So I signed into Yahoo with a gmail account, created a new application, got an BOSS api key and secret, and am now trying to use the api. When I try and get a request token I get consumer_key_rejected. This error is not listed in yahoos documentation. What am I supposed to do here?

Does anybody know where I am supposed to go to get in contact with Yahoo? I can't join the BOSS Yahoo Group because it keeps saying I have to create a profile, despite doing that over and over. Garrrrr!!!
