BOSS Sandbox?

I'm trying to get up and running with the BOSS API... I was working with an example script that
worked once... sorta, but now everytime I try to run the script I get the following error:

stdClass Object ( [error] => stdClass Object ( [lang] => en-US [description] => Rate Limit Exceeded [detail] => Key has exceeded its configured rate limit. ) )

Maybe I'm even barking up the wrong tree. All I really want to accomplish is what I had working a couple of years ago using the
free Yahoo Local Search Service, which was to populate business listings on pages based on specific criteria for that page.

Any thoughts?
