Accessing the handicap tracker

Is there a way to interact with the Yahoo Handicap Tracker using either an API or a crafted URL? I'm working on a mobile golf app, and being able to upload the scores and courses would be very beneficial. I like the handicap tracker quite a bit, even if it's a bit simple. Does anyone know if there's a way to do this?
