yahoo toolbar applications

I was using my firefox yahoo toolbar and i realized that it would be cool if browserplus and yahoo toolbar could work together to make a new yahoo toolbar that allowed services to work through the yahoo toolbar. The yahoo toolbar already extends the firefox browser, it is a browser plus. say someone wanted to allow themes to change on their yahoo profiles. Since yahoo toolbar is already an extension, it can be retooled to have knowledge of which page is being accessed at a particular moment. Then all you need are inputs. Browserplus is supposed to extend the power of the browser for developers by giving them an easy design platform. If browserplus could also be used through the yahoo toolbar which is by its own definition a plus to the firefox browser that could extend the possibilities of browserplus. It would have to be able to.

But, to be blunt, I am not certain if it is possible. I know the browserplus team is not the toolbar team, but could the yahoo toolbar allow for browserplus services to work through it and thus allow for capabilities that are tied to browser extensions and browserplus's own extensibility system. I would think it would be possible and not hard to implement, you would need the yahoo toolbar to be able to access a users browserplus. With this connection comes whole new functionality for browserplus developers which could allow browserplus developers to interact with the apps in the yahoo toolbar as well as add to the yahoo toolbar new applications from downloaded browserplus services by the yahoo toolbar.
