yahoo fantasy sports api sample code not working.

I am receiving the following error

Couldn't open /tmp/oauth_data_token_storage_ .out, assuming we need to get a new request token. Better try to get a new access token. making the request failed (Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates)

I am running on my localhost.

php_oauth.dll is install on my php extensions on wamp.

  • I tried adding

    if( $access_token ) {

    $o = new OAuth( $consumer_key, $consumer_secret,
    OAUTH_SIG_METHOD_HMACSHA1, OAUTH_AUTH_TYPE_URI );

    $o->enableDebug();
    ** $o->disableSSLChecks();**

    to line 83 but still no luck
