Hello All

I am a total newbie but I have a strong understanding of front-end development. My main goal is to create a personal Fantasy Hockey/Baseball for my friend/family. We currently have a league open for Hockey. I want to grab the teams & standings from Yahoo Fantasy pages.

Can anyone advise in the best way of doing this? I tried reading the instructions but it went over my head. I was trying to do the OAuth part but that was no help. I would love to get some simple feedback in how to tackle this task.
