How will the new manager ratings be implemented by yahoo?
I for one think it a very half-baked idea. Frequently the least popular guy in a league is a commish who makes tough but fair decisions. This new rating concept will tend to make otherwise ethical folk reconsider their decisions to avoid poor ratings.
Not exactly a webservice related question. :P Don't worry too much about manager ratings for right now -- we're currently just collecting information, and it's not being surfaced anywhere. We'll be sure to consider all of these questions extensively once we actually choose to do something with the ratings people have submitted.
