I'm trying to do some historical things with the fantasy football API.  I'd like to be able to look at all leagues the user has been in over the past 5 years, but filter out older leagues. 

How can I tell that a league is a given year, IE 2007?  Best option I see is the league_update_timestamp i guess?  What format is that in anyway?
