Yep, it's definitely a great suggestion and one that I've already passed up through the chain. I believe we're still optimistic about getting a full commercial license with stats and all, which is why that's the direction that our lawyers are focusing on, but if that falls through, then I will definitely strongly advocate having a commercial license that only exposes a subset of non-stats related information. The main issue, I'd say, is that fantasy stats themselves are certainly a grey area from the perspective that they're built up from stats that we license from a provider, and therefore might be seen as derivative and still covered by whatever contracts we have there. But stuff like your league structure, which teams you own, which games you play, etc -- that's all ours.
