Widget communicatation

Hi,

I am new and learning about yahoo TV widgets.
I just want to know : how does the updated data gets displayed on consumer TV screen for the widgets that we have developed?
Please bare with me if you feel this is a silly query.

  • The data that is displayed in the widget is essential very similar to data that would feed into a webpage. Basically you would feed the same data from the web into your widget.
