Rate Limit for using Contacs Yahoo API

Im using the Yahoo Contacts API to retrieve the contacts from yahoo address book

Rate Limits mentioned on the developer forum is

Rate Limits

The Yahoo! Address Book API is limited to 500 queries per API key per day.

Can you please confirm?
