Issue in Yahoo social contact Sync API, from last one month the contacts and categories are not syncing properly

am using Yahoo social contact Sync API for getting the contacts.
from last one month the contacts and categories are not syncing properly.
Is there any problem in Yahoo server.
please reply as soon as possible.
