Hi vinson,
It's possible that the problem has to do with some of the data that is set in the applicaiton. Can you make sure of a few things when creating the application:
- Make sure you aren't using the words Yahoo or Y! in your app title or description. This will cause an error because they are restricted keywords
- Make sure that the app url and domain url have the same root domain. If they don't, you will probably see an error like this.
If those don't provide a solution, can you please provide all of the information that you are adding in when creating your application (app name / description / app url / domain url / etc.) and I'll take a closer look.
