We’re looking for an experienced .NET developer,preferably with:
· 5+ years experience in IT in thefinancial/banking industry
· Experience working in a fast-paced teamenvironment
· Ability to troubleshoot potential issues withease
· Ability to think on their feet
· Ability to work well in a team and handlespirited debate in stride. Successful candidate can back up his/her technicalposition / argument with real life examples and experience
· Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
Additionally, we’re looking for the following skill set:
· Strong application development background (C#,Vb.NET and other .NET technologies)
· Knowledge and experience of application developmentaccording to Agile/Scrum
· Passion for the chosen technology and ability tolearn, quickly supported by real-life experience
· Diverse experience (technology-wise) is a plus
· Ability to bring various elements together tobuild a large scale system
· Knowledge of design patterns types and practicalexperience with some of them particularly in reference to modules or componentdesign and development
· Thorough understanding of manual processesautomation using scripting or .NET technologies
· Experience in working with multiple sources ofdata including few database, file system, legacy system from which informationneeds to be pulled out in real time
· Bachelor's degree in a related area orequivalent experience
