As you well know, Haiti has suffered one of the worst disasters in history. Haitians who live overseas are unable to communicate with family members in Haiti. Information about aid relief is everywhere on the web. However, there is not a main site people can go toread the news, learn about how to help or get information about love ones, etc.
What I would like to do is to create a portal in order to bring all the information in one place. Links from different news organizations would be organized. Sections for victims, missing persons and dead Haitians would be included. New ideas about reconstruction, rebuilding of Haiti would be added as well.
I need help creating such a site. I am Systems Analyst and a Developer but I need to create a very efficient web site. I need to set up a Team that would allow me to build the site in a short period of time.
Please help.
