Developer needed to build Yahoo Pipes feed

Hi all:

I am looking for a developer who can bring specific content into a Website using Yahoo Pipes. The project is a Knight Foundation News Challenge winner (2008) that serves the local light rail community in Phoenix, Arizona. We'd like to link out to related content, and we'd like to use Yahoo Pipes to do this. We already have the sources we'd like to link to; we just need help building the automated feed through Yahoo Pipes.
