i've been told about how to test Blueprint site difference between one and another brands of phone by using Mozilla Firefox User Agent Switcher Plugin
but when i get it installed, it only provide 3 User agent: IE, Netscape and Opera on Windows Agent
is there anyone know other Mobile Agents strings or provide any list to be imported
Try this:
1. Go to
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/59 and click the “Add to Firefox” button to install the user agent switcher. After downloading you will need to restart Firefox to make the user agent switcher appear in the Firefox menu.
2. When Firefox has been restarted, you will see a new menu entry called “User Agent Switcher” in Firefox’s “Tools” menu. The plugin comes with three pre-defined user agents for desktop browsers.
3. To add a mobile user agent, you will need to get user agents for the mobile phones you like to test in the browser from various web sites. Sometimes the manufacturer provides the user agent in its online developer offering but also websites like Wikipedia can be a good source:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_user_...r_mobile_phones4. After you found a user-agent, you will need to copy it into the plugin. In the Firefox menu, go to: “Tools > User Agent Switcher > Options > Options…” and select “User Agents”. Click on “Add…” to add a new user agent to the list and paste to found user agent into the appropriate field and give the new user agent a descriptive name. Click “Ok” to save the changes.
5. Now you can select the user agent from the list in the “User Agent Switcher” menu to see how your rendering looks across different phones.
