Blank page 25% of the time

About 25% of the time I get a blank page instead of the rendered page. Hitting refresh fixes the problem until it happens again. No errors, no HTTP error code, no HTML - completely blank.

Any ideas? http://devtest-benjaminamahill-fixables-1....US&.lang=en Static page, no dynamic content. Validates ok against the schema.

    I had no problems by testing your service. Which kind of browser are you using? Are you using a PC browser or are you testing on an actual device?

  • I can confirm this on Benjamin's link, and I have issues on my own "deployed" mobile site: http://m.jarema.com.

    I tried accessing http://m.jarema.com through my iPhone via Wifi and got a 40% failure rate on 10 attempts, with the following error message:
    "Cannot Open Page -- Safari cannot open the page because the network connection was lost"

    In my browser (Firefox 3/Mac), I got a 70% failure rate on 10 attempts to http://m.jarema.com. The failures matched Benjamin's description -- blank page, no HTML.

    In general I'm having trouble with stable access to my deployed app, anyone else seeing this type of consistent behavior for their deployed apps?

    We found a problem that sometimes occurs when the XML code contains the <location-chooser> component. The problem is being investigated right now and I will get back to you as soon the issue has been solved.

    The problem has been solved and our testing shows that it works now consistently.

  • We could not reproduce the problem so far and don't see any instability on our system.

    What kind of device are you using? How frequent do you receive a blank page?
