We need a way to raise bugs and track their progress as an external party. I raised the issue of the resizing <banner> tag some 6 weeks ago and have had no reply or feedback as to a fix date. I have since put some work arounds in and moved on.

Also, I suggest the BP team post a bulletin on this forum of the release schedule of changes to the platform.

Last week a change was made in the renderer that caused my site to return a blank page... after we had released the production version to the client. Turns out the <banner> tag is now disallowed from the footer. Surely changes to renderer's can be made to be backwards compatible and not completely bring down sites that have been in a production state.

If we have built a site & sold it on to a client, what support do we have from Yahoo! to ensure the platform is stable? If something breaks, how can we escalate the issue, is there a number we can call? Generally we have support agreements in place when we deliver products to our clients, but on the BluePrint sites we can do no more than check that our server is generating BluePrint.
