I'm using the Order API and I see in the documentation that the OrderListQuery can be done for an Order ID, a range or Order IDs, or for a Starting Order ID and a count. How can I do an OrderListQuery with a date range?

Date: When importing orders from your Yahoo! store for the first time, the Stamps.com software will load orders that were up to 2 days old. After that, the Stamps.com software will load orders that are up to 7 days old, but no older than the original setup date.
