Presentation Guidelines

Format

Presentations are 30 minutes in length. We recommened that you keep the presentation to 25 minutes and allow for 5 minutes of question and answer period.

What to submit

Only an abstract of your presentation is required for submission. Each abstract should:
  • be a maximum of 300 words
  • clearly identify the topic area
  • articulate the opportunity, solution and benefits
  • specify the key "take-aways" for your target audience
If selected, a presentation track co-chair will contact you with further instructions on how to use any slide templates and styles in your presentation.

How To Submit

We are using an independent third party web application, EasyChair, to process presentation submissions.

After you have logged in to EasyChair, click on "New Submissions" and pick the track (see below) you are submitting the abstract for. Only a title and an abstract of your presentation is required to be submitted through the EasyChair web application (be sure to click the Abstract Only checkbox on the submission page).

Ignore any references to "papers" in EasyChair; we will not be using papers.

Note: You will need to create a login to enter EasyChair. This login is only used within EasyChair to identify submissions.
